GCSE Results Day Guidance

IF YOUR GCSE RESULTS ARE AS EXPECTED

If you have received your GCSE results and you are happy that they allow you to study the subjects you have been offered at the College, you do not need to do anything until you come and see us for your enrolment appointment at the end of August, details of your enrolment appointment are emailed to students in July.

In the meantime, we will presume that you are accepting your offer of a place unless you let us know otherwise.

Alternatively, if you have achieved the necessary grades for the subjects you have been offered, but would like to make minor modifications to your course choices or Additional Studies (eg.” I’m not sure whether to do Geography or Geology and would like to consider swapping courses”), this sort of decision can be discussed with your personal tutor when you come in to enrol.

IF YOUR GCSE RESULTS ARE NOT AS EXPECTED

If you have received your GCSE results and are concerned about any of them, please, in the first instance, check the entry criteria, as detailed on this site. If you are still concerned about how your results may affect your course, please complete this contact form as soon as possible and we will contact you to discuss your options. We are sorry but we are unable to take phone calls at this busy time.
